Rev. Joesph Fleming receives a plaque in
recognition of his
devout service and leadership in the community
from Grange member Bob Fogle.
Pleasant Hill Grange #1861,
Cambria County, celebrated Grange Month in their usual manner
for this year of 2008, on Saturday April 19th.
They had the regular Saturday
evening service at the local church held in memory of the
deceased members of their local organization. Five members
assisted with the readings and offerings. Following the service,
Bob Fogle, a Grange member, presented the pastor, Rev. Joseph
Fleming, with a plaque in recognition of his devout service and
leadership in the community. He has served the two local
parishes for the past three years. The members expressed their
gratitude to him for his Spiritual guidance and wished him many
more years of service.
The members designate the church
service for this same intention and honor a local deserving
person with an award each year to celebrate Grange Month.
